Vexo Homes is founded and led by Stepan Salomatin, a licensed Colorado Master Plumber with extensive hands-on experience in remodeling and residential construction. Stepan has independently managed and completed more than 10 permitted projects and has contributed to more than 15 additional permitted projects alongside his father, Volodymyr.
That direct field experience shapes how Vexo Homes approaches every remodel—from planning and trade coordination to solving complex conditions behind the walls and delivering a refined final result. Two Generations of Proven Experience
Volodymyr Salomatin is a licensed Colorado Master Plumber and the owner of Kedron Inc., with experience spanning plumbing, remodeling, and residential construction. Through Kedron Inc., he has been involved in more than 100 permitted projects, bringing extensive technical knowledge and practical construction experience to the foundation behind Vexo Homes.
Together, Stepan and Volodymyr bring two generations of proven trade experience, hands-on problem-solving, and a deep understanding of residential construction. That combined experience allows Vexo Homes to approach remodeling projects with confidence from the systems behind the walls through the final details.
